I thought someone may have picked up on this.

There is actually nothing in the rules currently published on the shinty website that say development teams can enter junior cup competitions.

The only reference to development teams is in section 3.10.3.d and this is specifically for leagues.

I am not against development teams playing in junior cup competitions – far from it. Maybe the rules need to be updated to reflect this.
